Improve dark mode

Currently the dark mode does not affect the bright homepage, toolbar in different modes such as: Work, Personal, etc.

It would be nice if these modes allow follow the dark mode, otherwise its a bright flashbang, not to mention it looks odd and completely out of place thematically to other parts of Ulaa such as preferences.

Additionally, this website itself should also have a dark mode.
