Support response time

I noticed that the support team needs a lot of time to respond and to answer. My comment on the topic "Vertical tabs on desktop" has been waiting already for 13 days for a moderator to approve it. 

Community is almost dead, which is probably the result of that. Also, I opened a ticket and I need to always push two or three times before I get any answer. 

I have Linux on my computer and most apps have a Github page which, mostly quite active and alive and you get a response within a day or so. 

Here I feel the whole environment is closed and controled - I didn't find a place I could write a review about Ulaa, except on Discovery from flathub (Linux). 

But not all things are bad. I asked support about the ability to change page zoom to 110% (before it was only 112%, 127%, and some strange numbers for me), and they considered my suggestion and implemented it already in the next release. Kudos to them!

I like Ulaa as a Chrome alternative because of security and the fact that the browser is fast. Continue hard work and improve support and we will love you even more!
