How to add extensions to the Blocked List in Extension Management?

Follow the steps below to block an extension.
  1. Sign in to your Ulaa Admin Console.
  2. Click Switch to the Organization on the top right corner (skip this step if you are already in the Organization's view).
  3. Go to Policies > Extension Management > Blocked.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Enter the extension ID of the extension you want to block. Click here to know how to get the extension ID. 
  6. Select the groups where you want this restriction to apply.
  7. Click Save.

Notes
If an extension is added to the blocked list, exceptions list, and forced list, the forced list takes precedence. The extension will be installed and cannot be removed by the user.
