How to Fix the 'Virus Scan Failed' Error in Ulaa When Downloading Files ?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Attachments
3. Double-click on ScanWithAntiVirus. A pop-up window will appear, as shown in the screenshot below :
4. In the Value data field, change the value from 3 to 1, then click OK.
5. Exit Registry Editor.
6. Log off and log back into Windows to apply the changes.
7. Retry downloading the file in Ulaa.
