How to Remove Ulaa Enterprise Enrollment from Desktop Devices ?

You can de-enroll Ulaa Enterprise when a device no longer needs to be managed under organizational policies. This may be required in cases such as device reassignment, removal from the organization, accidental enrollment, troubleshooting without policy enforcement, subscription expiry, or migration to a different management setup.

For Windows:

  1. Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter.
  2. Navigate to
QuoteHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Zoho\Ulaa\UlaaCloudManagement
  1. Delete the UlaaCloudManagement key.

For Mac:

  1. Go to:
QuoteLibrary/Zoho/Ulaa/enrollment
  1. Delete the UlaaCloudManagement file.

For Linux

  1. Navigate to:
Quote/etc/opt/zoho/ulaa/policies/enrollment
  1. Delete the UlaaCloudManagement file.

After completing the steps, restart Ulaa and verify the changes.
If the issue persists, contact your IT administrator or reach out to Ulaa Support for further assistance.
