How to Remove Ulaa Enterprise Enrollment from Desktop Devices ?
This document provides guidance on how to de-enroll Ulaa Enterprise when a device no longer needs to be managed under organizational policies. This may include scenarios such as device reassignment or removal from the organization, accidental enrollment, troubleshooting without policy enforcement, subscription expiry, or migration to a different management setup.
For Windows:
- Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter.
- Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Zoho\Ulaa\UlaaCloudManagement
- Delete the UlaaCloudManagement key.
For Mac:
- Go to: Library/Zoho/Ulaa/enrollment
- Delete the UlaaCloudManagement file.
For Linux:
- Navigate to: /etc/opt/zoho/ulaa/policies/enrollment
- Delete the UlaaCloudManagement file.
After making the changes, restart Ulaa and check.
