How to switch on autocomplete searches?

Autocomplete searches and URLs are a list of predictions, offered by your default search engine to enhance your search experience. It helps you save time by giving suggestions related to the search you type. You can switch off the feature. To do so: 

  1. At the top right, click  Menu.

  2. Select Preferences >Privacy and security > Autocomplete searches and URLs.

  3. Toggle it ON.
