How to Export and Import Ulaa Sync Data Between Zoho Accounts ?

If you need to export your Ulaa sync data from one Zoho account and import it into another, this guide will walk you through the process. This is especially useful when you want to seamlessly transfer your browsing data between Zoho accounts.

To export Ulaa Sync Data

1. Navigate to this link.
2. Log in to your Zoho account if you are not already signed in.
3. Click on the profile icon located in the top-right corner.
4. Select Export Sync Data.
5. The sync data will be downloaded as a JSON file to your device.

To import Ulaa Sync Data to Another Zoho Account

Follow the steps below to import your sync data:

1. Navigate to this link.
2. Log in to the Zoho account where you want to import the data.
3. Click on the profile icon located in the top-right corner.
4. Select Import Sync Data.
5. Upload the previously downloaded JSON file as mentioned in the screenshot below:
   
   

• Ensure you are using the correct Zoho account while importing data.
• The JSON file should not be modified before importing.
  
• Please ensure that you remember your sync passphrase for all modes, as it is required to retrieve your data from the device. If you forget your sync passphrase, your data cannot be recovered. In such cases, the only way to enable sync again is by resetting it by following this link.
