What happens when the Ulaa Enterprise Subscription/Trial expires?

What happens when the Ulaa Enterprise Subscription/Trial expires?

When the Ulaa Enterprise subscription/trial expires, device behaviour depends on the enrollment policy configured during setup.

If the “Mandatory” option was selected during enrollment,

  1. Ulaa will fail to launch on all enrolled devices.
  2. Enterprise policies will no longer be applied or reflected on those devices.
  3. Administrative control will be lost, meaning admins will not be able to enforce policies or manage users or devices.
  4. Users will see the error message: “Ulaa launch aborted. Enrollment failed.” This occurs because the device is no longer authorized under an active Ulaa Enterprise subscription.

If the “Recommended” option is selected during enrollment,

  1. Ulaa will continue to function normally on user devices.
  2. Enterprise policies will no longer be applied or reflected on those devices.
  3. Administrative control will be lost, meaning admins will not be able to enforce configurations or manage users or devices.

Resolution

Renew your Ulaa Enterprise subscription to restore full functionality. Once renewed:
  1. The error message will no longer appear (for mandatory enrollment setups).
  2. Enterprise policies will be reapplied.
  3. Administrative control will be reinstated.
